Step 1: Open the command console using Shift + Ctrl + C and type “testingcheats” then press enter. This will enable cheat codes.
Step 2: Now again open the command console and type “cas.fulleditmode” then press enter.
Step 3: Now hold the “shift” button and click on your sim.
Step 4: Choose the option “Edit in CAS”.
Now you will be taken to the character menu where you can change the traits of your sim.
